SuperHealth Immersion: A Magical Experience

In February and March, 2022, a beautiful tapestry of people were brought together to experience the depth of the teachings in friendship and Love. One of the highlights was meeting fellow "siblings of destiny" from around the world -- Sweden, Finland, Russia, Mexico, Australia + many more, and all throughout the U.S.

Yoga teachers from many traditions, nurses, social workers, counselors, and doctors came together to learn the SuperHealth® technology and implement it into their practices. Several participants had attended an event before, and many had not. Some were brand new to Kundalini Yoga, while others have been practicing and teaching it for a long time. Many found the training through google, a YouTube clip, or saw an email and just came!  Amazing!

We enjoyed each other, broke into small group sessions, and loved learning about the delicious detox and rehabilitation diets complete with fresh therapeutic juices.

Celestial Communication Therapy is always a favorite.  This is done by moving the hands to allow the dancing fingers to balance the brain. It brought many of us to joyful tears.

We invited a wide array of guest teachers to round out the training. NAAD, or Sound Affirmation Therapy, by Jugat Guru Singh was an amazing and fun session which captivated us all. It was profound, bold, and very humorous. It was the first time he taught at a SuperHealth training.

We learned about Cold Depression from Dr. Shanti Shanti (Guru Ram Das Health & Medicine), which really hit home and helped define what is going on with so many people and more importantly, how the yoga set (kriya) or meditation helps.

Dr. Sat Bir Singh presented on Research and Yoga with Addictions. He has been well ahead of his time for many years, researching the effects of yoga at Harvard and beyond. Dr. Sat Bir presented simple to understand data and how yoga, meditation and human understanding makes a significant difference in the lives of those who are suffering.

Gurmukh, our international teacher and dear friend, taught a challenging yoga set along the theme, “The Intrigues of the Mind.”

My focus was on childhood imprinting on the psyche and the development of addictive patterning and behavior.

At times, you'd see a lone tear trickle down the cheek of someone discussing a personal issue and then a smile filled their face with a glowing radiance to light up the zoom room. Deep friendships were made, and a family was born. We are all part of the blessed destiny to reach out and touch someone's heart with the warmth of the human spirit. Now the work begins as we process this life changing experience and share what we've learned with others. It will always be a special time to remember, and I know I have new friends of mutual love and support throughout the world.
