Introductory Trainings
SuperHealth Courses approved for CEUs by NAADAC for Addiction Professionals and Counselors (National Certification Commission). All training courses listed on our 2010-2011 Training & Events pages will award CEUs for 1-2 day courses in the U.S.

Sautéed Almonds for Women
Great during the female menses cycle and also the first forty days after giving birth. Sautéed almonds are a highly energizing treat. Heat a small amount of almond oil, butter or ghee* over medium flame. Add 6 to 8 whole unpeeled almonds and stir continuously until they begin to pop. Remove from heat and add honey to taste.
