Introductory Trainings

We are now offering introductory SuperHealth training courses.  The themes are the physiological and psychological components of SuperHealth technology, science of addictions, specific teachings and the practical application of Kundalini yoga and meditation, and specific nutritional formulas as taught by Yogi Bhajan.  Also featured are “Techniques for dealing with “Cold Depression” and “How to Deal with Frozen Anger.” The book Meditations for Addictive Behaviors is an enhancement to the training courses.

Weekend workshops can be provided in your city.  These introductory trainings are open to everyone–yoga teachers, students, health care professionals, and people in recovery.
