Sautéed Almonds for Women
Great during the female menses cycle and also the first forty days after giving birth. Sautéed almonds are a highly energizing treat. Heat a small amount of almond oil, butter or ghee* over medium flame. Add 6 to 8 whole unpeeled almonds and stir continuously until they begin to pop. Remove from heat and add honey to taste.

* Inhale 5 full seconds. Hold the breath 15 seconds. Exhale a full 5 seconds.
* Take a full 20 seconds to inhale, hold the breath for 20 seconds, take a full 20 seconds to exhale completed. This is the one minute breath.
