SuperHealth is a systematic approach to aid in healing painful patterns. Whether someone practices them with another program or uses the technology independently, they can be a part of a recovery program to awaken self-discovery.
A former substance abuser who completed our program in 1991, now lives a clean life working as a social worker. She says, “This program helped me to reduce urges, and gave me the courage to make right decisions. Practices I learned helped to eliminate internal dialogue and let me choose what actions, thoughts and words would better lead me down the path of sobriety. The fortitude and strength I gained left little room for personal arguments.”
As long as there is suffering there will live within us a deep and authentic longing for God. This is the soul communicating. When one is faced with challenges it takes courage and dedication to change. We are not born to suffer, our ego creates our pain. Faith, trust, discipline and prayer support us to become the most amazing, excellent people we can be.
